How to draw a cartoon bird tweety

 Here, we explained the steps very simple and easy to create Tweety cartoon.

Step 1:- Create  2 circles as shown in picture below

Step 2:- Now create a oval shape for body

Step3:- Now create  2 circles for legs as shown in picture below

Step 4:-Now create  foot and eyes circles

Step 5:- Now create outline joining reference circles

Step 6:- Now erase all the reference line and highlight the outline and color your tweety bird
